Our Most
Asked Questions

Do I need to discuss any aspect of the course?

We encourage all clients to discuss any aspect of the course with us. Generally we tailor-make training days so there is maximum benefit. There are no stupid questions and no stupid suggestions. Tell us what you want and query anything you don't understand. But rest assured if time is tight we will deliver the best course for you or your team with minimal input from you

What do I have to do?

This is easy. Tell us what you want, for how many people, in what time scale and if possible your budget. Our costs are ultra-low compared with competitors so it will save time to be upfront with budgetary constraints or requirements.

We may also ask for some background material on the candidate(s) attending such as a recorded piece of audio for voice training/analysis

How long does the media training take?

It can take from a couple of hours to a full week.

Some things such as voice training for newsreaders is better split into 3 or 4 smaller one-on-one sessions a couple of weeks apart.

In general we try to keep sessions quite short and punchy. We will avoid the all too frequent scenario of people in the afternoon looking at their watches and wondering why they are here when the answer if often that the company providing the training is "spinning things out" to try to charge more.

Are the courses virtual?

This is now an option, particularly for voice coaching as we can assess and give feedback "as live". Our ethos is to try to make training face to face, but with the problems facing society and the extra expense involved, we are more than happy to accommodate the your wishes and preferences.
